Can You Handle This?

In 2009 Brandon Van Hook reopened the Hickory Pit Too. It was a beloved, locally owned restaurant that had closed its doors. The residents of Semmes were sort of "lost" without it. He opened it up to a record crowd on September 9th with the former owners, Shirley & Darrell Prichett there to cheer him on! Read the full story by clicking here.

A new item on the menu was the famous BossHawg. It is 20oz. of hamburger, 4oz. pulled pork, served on a giant bun with all the fixings for only $19.99. Eat the whole thing in 45 minutes or less and you'll go on the "wall of fame" on their website and get a T-shirt!

Hickory Pit Too offers daily lunch & dinner specials. They open at 5AM for breakfast serving up hot coffee, eggs, bacon, grits, pancakes and more.
