March into Spring!

March is the official first month of spring and I know that most of us are ready for warmer temperatures. Living on or near the Gulf Coast means that we are only a short drive from sandy white beaches and outdoor fun.

March also means new beginnings for so many people. Flowers are a great symbol of everything "new". They are such an inspiration for the upcoming month. It is so wonderful to take a drive and take in all of the blooming beauties! Be sure and make the time to visit Belligrath Gardens in Mobile, Alabama this month to see a quarter of a million azaleas in bloom! Get outside, take in some Vitamin D and enjoy living in the South!

What's New with Meet da' Boss?

So much is happening in March! I launched a new and improved version of the website that includes Baldwin County and Baton Rouge (bosses coming soon). Take a look around the platform. My team is so excited about sharing great local businesses with you from these new communities!

Let's get started!

Meet Kassie Gundlach, owner of Back on the Rack, an upscale resale boutique in beautiful Fairhope, Alabama. Her store has been open since July of 2015 serving a loyal and discerning clientele.

Helping ladies find a treasured handbag or piece of jewelry brings a smile to this young entrepreneur. Women enjoy the caring attention that she and her team provide to each and every customer that walks in the door.

Shoppers will find a great collection of Louis Vuitton merchandise, David Yurman jewelry, designer clothing and shoes. New items arrive on a daily basis. Speaking of that, if you are doing some spring cleaning why not put some items in her store on consignment?

Rumor has it!

Have you ridden down Cottage Hill Road in Mobile, Alabama lately? You may have noticed all of the Daycool Heating & Air vehicles parked in front of the building that used to house plumbing parts.

Guess what? Brandon Day and his team are moving in soon! We love that they are in the heart of West Mobile, ready to take care of their customers!

Congratulations on the NEW location for the Daycool team. Watching this business take off and expand so quickly has been so much fun! It is a testimony to the remarkable customer service that owner, Brandon Day requires from his team.

Welcome to Fairhope!

A BIG congratulations to Lesley Senne on the opening of her new location of Salt & Light Spa in Fairhope, Alabama.

Lesley has been at the forefront of offering leading-edge spa services to her dedicated customer base in Mobile. Now she is bringing this devotion of excellence to the lucky residents of Baldwin County.

If you are in town check out the new spa at 456 W Morphy Avenue near the picturesque downtown of Fairhope. Good luck Lesley with this latest venture!
