What is your vision for your future?

Many times entrepreneurs find themselves "treading water" in their business. They continue to do the same things year after year without seeing much new growth. One of the key foundational principles of success is defining what success means to you. Creating a vision for your life and business is paramount. Having a "goal" that is quantifiable, measurable and something you can get excited about will put you "in the arena" playing for the win!

In an earlier blog I challenged you to set an income goal and a super goal for yourself. Do you remember how it felt to write down that super goal? I recall thinking it was such a stretch, however let me share what that exercise did for me. It made me approach my company differently. It brought such clarity to my intentions that like-minded business people jumped on-board. Surrounding yourself with leaders and mentors encourages you to soar.

Check out this article from Ben Hardy, "10 Steps To Become A Millionaire In 5 Years (Or Less)" for more tips on reaching your personal goals. Invest the 20 minutes it will take to read it. You are important and you are worth the time spent educating yourself!
